Want a new beginning in your career?

As Physical Therapists, we need to protect our own health first so that we can offer the best to our clients and family. Our mental state and physical body, especially hands, should last a full career and not cause us to switch careers early! This is why treating multiple people at a time and upwards of 15-20 clients per day is not sustainable long term. It leads to early burnout. With this in mind, I believe in limiting the number of clients seen per day so that each person can be given the very best! Sessions are all one-on-one for an hour and you will never treat multiple patients at a time. The emphasis is on QUALITY not QUANTITY.

Since Sports PT Lab is an out of network provider, and does not deal directly with any insurance company, all of our clients pay out of pocket for sessions. I am looking for someone who is comfortable speaking about price and understands their value as a Therapist. Breaking out of the insurance model allows us as Physical Therapist to raise the bar on quality care and provide the highest level of service. My clients are VERY motivated to get healthy again. In this clinic setting, because of the active population, you must be comfortable working with athletes and active adults. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with weight training, such as kettle bell or barbell training, and is not afraid to load their clients in the gym. As PT’s, we MUST ensure that our patients are ready to return to their sport or trainer without re-injury. We should be the ones to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

If this sounds like the ideal setting for you, then email me your resume at drkristin@sportsptlab.com. Looking forward to hearing from you!
